Standard Access Panels
What is the difference between Flanged and Set Bead Edge?
Flanged Edge: For easy installation into finished walls or ceilings. The surrounding frame is visible when installed.
Set Bead Edge: Requires plastering in. The surrounding frame is hidden for a flush finish and only the door is visible once installed.
What are your Access Panel Standard Sizes?
All Access Panels are available in these 3 Standard sizes: 300mm x 300mm | 450mm x 450mm | 600mm x 600mm
In addition to the above Standard Sizes…
Budget Metal Access Panels are also available in: 200mm x 200mm | 560mm x 560mm
Premium MDF Access Panels are also available in: 560mm x 560mm | 600mm x 450mm
Premium Metal Access Panels are also available in: 750mm x 750mm | 560mm x 560mm | 800mm x 800mm | 900mm x 900mm
What is the Cut Out / Hole Size?
Are your Access Panels made in Australia?
All of our Access Panels are made in our factory at Noble Park, Victoria, Australia with the exception of our Budget Metal Access Panels which are imported.
Custom Access Panels
How do I order a Custom Access Panel?
We have an online ordering system for Custom Premium MDF and Custom Premium Metal access panels. For all other custom access panels, the best way is to email us through our Contact page.
How long does it take to manufacture a Custom Panel?
For most custom access panels the manufacturing time is currently 3-4 weeks from order receipt. This is only an estimate as there may be an increase in lead times depending on the panel requirements or during peak times.

Do you offer Bulk Pricing?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. If you require more than 50+ of the same Access Panel Type Contact Us for a quote.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.
Dispatch times will vary depending on the type of panel and the amount ordered, once dispatched see below for approximate shipping times.
Standard Shipping
NSW, VIC, ACT, SA within 3 business days.
WA, NT, QLD, TAS within 5 business days.
Regional areas may need to add an additional 1 or 2 business days

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, we offer FREE pick up. You must select this option at the checkout and you will be notified when your order is ready to be collected. Pick up times are during our Trading Hours.
