555 Collins is an innovative development comprising two towers with a total of 84,000 square meters of premium-grade office space. The corner tower spans an expansive 48,000 square meters, while the second tower covers 32,000 square meters. These towers can accommodate up to 7,500 CBD workers and provide advanced, tech-enabled environments.

One notable aspect of the project is its focus on sustainability. The collaborative efforts with project partners have led to a remarkable reduction of approximately 30% in the overall embodied carbon of the concrete structure.

555 Collins is a vibrant mixed-use destination with over 2,300 square meters of retail space and a unique underground marketplace. The towers, rising 35 storeys high, offer a premium retail hub and feature memorable public spaces that capture the essence of Melbourne’s laneway culture.
