Adina Hobart

The 36 Argyle Street podium upgrade converts the building’s first four levels from commercial offices into the new Adina Apartment Hotel Hobart. Spearheaded by Raadas Property and TFE Hotels, this multi-million-dollar project adds 48 premium keys, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.

The design features organic Tasmanian textures, eucalypt tones, and locally crafted timber furniture. The development introduces a unique dual-branded hotel model to Tasmania with the existing Vibe Hotel continuing to operate on the upper levels, sharing amenities with Adina guests.
