The Atelier Residences comprises 51 apartments, a 95-room hotel, and 700sq m of restaurants and retail. The project integrates an old fireplace from the site’s original pub, emphasizing a commitment to heritage. Drawing inspiration from Greenwich Village hotels in Manhattan, the new architecture seamlessly blends with the existing heritage facade. Exposed brick, aged timber, and steel-framed windows pay homage to the suburb’s industrial past. Apartments feature open-plan layouts, timber vanities, and a mix of natural stone and exposed concrete, creating an urban living atmosphere. Shared facilities include a rooftop space, lounge, reading area, lap pool, sun deck, fire pit, sunset cinema and garden spaces.
