Located close to the ANMF headquarters, the eight-level, 29-room hotel sits behind the fully restored heritage facade of the Central Club Hotel. This construction showcases cutting-edge engineering with eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient systems, and a design that maximizes natural light and ventilation, resulting in a contemporary eco-conscious structure. It offers a comfortable and inviting environment for nurses, midwives, and healthcare workers. It sets a benchmark for sustainable construction practices while serving as an affordable and convenient lodging option for local and regional ANMF members. This construction received an Architecture Award in the Sustainable Architecture category at the 2023 Victorian Architecture Awards.
