Banksia Gardens

This redevelopment will deliver 120 new energy-efficient social homes across two mid-rise buildings (four and six storeys) on underutilized land facing Coleraine Street. The project includes approximately 2,000 m² of non-residential ground-floor space for local community and commercial use, along with new pedestrian and cycling connections to link the site to the broader Banksia Gardens neighborhood.
