Our Projects
Cowra Hospital Redevelopment
The hospital is a new two-storey facility built on the existing site, delivered alongside upgrades and refurbishments to selected areas to maintain continuity of services throughout construction. It consolidates major clinical functions, including the emergency department, medical and surgery ward, maternity unit, nursery, clinic spaces, ambulatory care areas, and associated amenities, all supported by modern building systems, upgraded utilities, expanded medical imaging capability, and efficient internal layouts.
The project also includes demolition of outdated structures, refurbishment of remaining operational zones, improved access routes, expanded on-site parking, and new landscaping across the campus. Integrated delivery within a live health environment has resulted in a modern, functional, and future-ready healthcare precinct for the community.
