Epworth Hospital Eastern Flats Redevelopment
This redevelopment is a 14-storey hospital expansion project designed to meet the growing demand for healthcare services in Box Hill. This 62-metre tower will include 60 overnight acute patient beds, 15 rehabilitation beds, 20 consulting suites, and two additional operating theatres. The development also features a three-level basement car park, new operating theatres, recovery areas, and specialist consulting suites.
To facilitate the expansion, the existing flats at 25 Nelson Street will be demolished, making way for the extension. This project will connect new and existing buildings, supporting Box Hill’s growth as a major healthcare and urban hub.
