Fasteners Way – East Brunswick Village
Fasteners Way serves as the northern edge of the East Brunswick Village and is notable for being the precinct’s first purely residential building. The building’s design features a contemporary brickwork façade and a prominent two-storey brick arch entry that pays homage to the site’s industrial history as the former Sidney Cooke Fasteners factory.
It offers 52 sustainability-focused apartments with a high 7.5-star average NatHERS rating, supported by rooftop solar panels and passive design principles. Residents also have access to the precinct’s extensive communal spaces, including the most expansive landscaped rooftop garden within EBV.
