The project features 89 luxury apartments (originally planned as 104 before buyer amalgamations) designed with a “biophilic” approach that includes vertical gardens and a red brick podium inspired by the area’s Art Deco heritage.

Residents began moving into the building in early 2026, enjoying amenities such as a ground-floor pool with a central skylight, a steam room, a gym, and a private lounge and dining room.
