Our Projects
Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MIPS)
The project involves the complete revitalisation of two interconnected buildings, originally owned by the CSIRO, to create a 6,800 m² state-of-the-art facility dedicated to cutting-edge drug discovery and pharmaceutical research. The redevelopment includes stripping the six-storey structures back to their frames to install new facades and high-specification internal fit-outs, such as PC2-certified laboratories across three levels.
Designed to foster collaboration between academia and industry, the facility also incorporates incubator spaces, flexible workplaces, and modern building services to align with Monash’s sustainability goals
