Our Projects

Novus on Sturt is a Build-to-Rent development. The project comprises of premium apartments, offering a mix of furnished and unfurnished layouts. The building features curtain-like sun-shading fins on the northern façade, inspired by the nearby Arts Precinct, and interiors with timber-look flooring and exposed concrete soffits. Sustainability was a key focus, achieving a 7.5-star NatHERS energy rating through the incorporation of renewable energy solutions and solar panels. Residents have access to amenities such as a heated rooftop pool, gym, sauna, co-working spaces, and outdoor areas with a pet park, BBQ terrace, and kitchen garden.
