Richmond Square

This project revitalizes a significant 15-lot consolidation into a lifestyle-focused precinct featuring two distinct residential buildings, Wiltshire House and Carmine House.

The design is characterized by its “human-scale” architecture, utilizing red concrete and green glazed tiles that pay homage to Richmond’s industrial heritage while housing luxury apartments and premium strata office suites.

At the center of the development is a 2,200 m² curated laneway that integrates boutique retail and world-class dining, designed to create a seamless connection between the residential spaces and the vibrant surrounding neighborhood.
