St Clare Retirement

The $250 million St Clare retirement precinct in Kew, developed by VMCH, was designed by Woods Bagot and constructed by the Hacer Group. Located on a 1.4-hectare site in Studley Park, the project features approximately 104 luxury residences spread across four contemporary buildings, with more than half the site dedicated to lush green space and landscaped gardens by Oculus.

The development seamlessly integrates modern architecture with the restoration of heritage buildings that house premium communal amenities, including a wellness centre with a magnesium pool, a cinema, and a unique basement speakeasy bar.
