The Archer

The building features a distinctive horseshoe-shaped design inspired by the sweeping curves of the racecourse, housing 315 premium apartments that offer 360-degree views of the track and the Melbourne CBD. Completed in late 2025, the development includes extensive five-star resident amenities such as a 25-metre heated infinity pool overlooking the track, a health and wellness centre, and garden terraces designed by Taylor Cullity Lethlean (TCL).

The project also achieved high environmental standards, aiming for a Green Star Design & As Built rating through sustainable features like a substantial rainwater tank and a dedicated raingarden
