WorkSafe Geelong

The project involved the construction of a 14 storey tower above the historic Dalgety & Co building, allowing WorkSafe Victoria to relocate its headquarters, and over 700 staff, to Geelong. Other features include a basement, secure on-site parking, a cafe, on-site concierge, rooftop exercise and BBQ areas. Upon completion, 14,000m2 of high quality office space was delivered , exceeding PCA A-Grade standards and with Six Star Green Star Rating.
